When: Saturday, November 10th from 5 AM to 6 AM EDT
Reason:

* Upgrade network core and TDM routing in Los Angeles, CA facility.
* Perform Members Portal and Database Migration.

We are not expecting any service outage during this period, however
there may be limited network capacity during and shortly after the
network maintenance period.
