When: Tuesday, August 12th from 12 AM to 5 AM EDT

Reason:

* Upgrade core SIP and TDM routing equipment
* Upgrade members portal

Access to the Members portal may be limited or unavailable during this period.

We are not expecting any telephone service outage during this period, however there may be limited network capacity during and shortly after the network maintenance period.

As always if you experience ~ANY~ trouble, do not hesitate to submit a trouble ticket or contact us at 877-420-8647.
